1 skinned wild turkey
1 old clean T-shirt
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
2 ribs celery, chopped
salt and pepper
Instructions: Salt and pepper the bird. Stuff with chopped onion and celery.
Dampened T-shirt and dip in melted butter
Put the T-shirt on turkey and cook in a 325F oven for two and a half hours; or until bird is done.
