Wild Turkey Salad

2 cups cooked wild turkey, coarsely chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

maonnaise to moisten

Instructions: Mix all together and season with salt and pepper, if needed.

Serve in lettuce cups with sweet pickles and sliced tomatoes.
