1 turkey breast

milk

seasoned flour

Instructions: Skin and slice the breast of turkey.

The slices should be finger length and about one-fourth inch thick.

Soak the slices in milk for one-half to one hour.

Roll in seasoned flour and cook in hot cooking oil until brown. Remove and drain.

Pour off excess cooking oil. Stir in one tablespoon of flour for each cup of milk to make gravy.

Brown the flour in the oil and slowly add the milk that the turkey has been soaked in.

Stir constantly.

When thickened taste for seasoning.

Sere Titties with hot biscuits, gravy and honey.

This recipe can be prepared in camp or at home.
