1 tablespoon oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed
cream of chicken soup
2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
Instructions: Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Cook 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet. Add soup and 1 1/3 cups water to skillet. Bring to boil. Stir in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Stir.
