4 boneless skinless chicken breast
OR
4 hamburger patties
1 large onion, sliced
4 potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, sliced thin
4 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder and onion powder, to taste
or any seasonings you like
Instructions: Tear 4 pieces of foil large enough to enclose chicken and vegetables. Place 1 chicken breast on each piece of foil; add a slice of onion, place quartered potato on onion slice; add sliced carrots.
Top each with 1 tablespoon of butter. Season all. Pull foil together; fold at top and sides.
Bake at 375* for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
