2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
2 small jars baby food (you
can use prunes or apricots)
Instructions: Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until done. Add glaze when cool.
