Baked Rice Pudding

2 cups cooked rice

3 cups milk

1/2 cup honey or sugar

3 eggs, slightly beaten

1 cup raisins

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350*. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the rice, milk, and honey or sugar. Add the eggs, then stir in the raisins. Place the mixture in a well-greased 8-inch square baking pan and bake for about 1 hour, or until golden. Cool before serving.
