2 squirrels, whole
2 potatoes, quartered
baby carrots
1 onion, quartered
1 cup beef bouillon
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder and onion powder, to taste
Instructions: Spray a Dutch oven with cooking spray. Season squirrels with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders.
Place squirrels in Dutch oven, place potatoes, carrots and onion on top. Pour bouillon over all.
Put on lid. Bake in 250* oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
