Baked Venison

4 to 6 average venison steaks

1 large onion, sliced

flour shakey bag

2 4 oz cans mushrooms stems and pieces

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, salt, to taste

no-stick spray

Instructions: Flour venison steaks in shaky bag and fry in sprayed skillet. Add seasonings to taste.

Saute' onions in rings with mushrooms in another sprayed skillet. Add soups and heat through.

Place ingredients in 9 x 13 inch baking pan along with the soup.

Cover and bake at 350* for 30 to 45 minutes.
