2 cups self-rising flour

1/4 cup cooking oil

enough milk to make soft dough (about 3/4 cup)

Instructions: Mix flour, cooking oil and milk until a soft dough is made.

Either roll out and cut; or pinch off biscuits.

Heat oil in baking pan; put biscuit in oil, turn over. Bake at 425* until brown.
