2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons soda
1 cup black coffee
1 cup milk
1/2 cup salad oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions: Sift flour, sugar, cocoa and soda into mixing bowl. Add eggs, coffee, milk, salad oil and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350* oven for about 35 minutes or until done.

Note: Use this cake for the bottom of the Mississippie Mud Cake; it is more moist. When using for Mississippi Mud Cake, remember to add the 1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts to batter.
