Qty Measure Ingredient


1 cup hot tap water

1/2 cup powdered milk, dry

2 eggs

1/4 cup salad oil

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 package dry yeast

3 1/4 cups flour

Instructions: Combine all ingredients but flour in blender. Blend 2-3 minutes. Pour over the flour (in a large bowl) and mix well by hand. Cover bowl and let rise until double in bulk. Stir and mix well again and then divide into two (2) parts and put in two (2) coffee cans which have been well greased. Put lids back on. Let rise until lids pop. Then remove lids and bake in 375* oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes; then slide out of can.
