1 whole chicken, cut up
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cups rice, cooked
Instructions: In a 9x13" pan lined with foil, spread onion, bell pepper and celery.
Place seasoned chicken on top; close foil..
Place in 350* oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven; remove chicken from pan, then mix rice into juices with the onion, bell pepper and celery.
Replace chicken in pan; return pan to oven for another 20 minutes.
