Qty Measure Ingredient

1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

pinch salt

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

cool whip, optional

Instructions: In a micro-wave proof bowl, combine cornstarch, salt and milk; mix until smooth; add chocolat chips.

Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute or until hot but not boiling; stir.

Cook 30-45 seconds longer or until mixture just begins to boil; stir.

Cool.

If desired, top with cool whip.
