1 cup cornmeal
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
Instructions: Mix all ingredients well. Heat about 3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet. Pour a little of the oil in the cornbread mixture; mix well. Pour into skillet.
Cook cornbread in a 425* oven until golden brown.
