8 cups cornbread, crumbled

1 cup celery, chopped

1 stick butter

6 eggs hard boiled, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

2 teaspoons poultry seasoning or to taste

2 teaspoons sage or to taste

6 to 8 cups chicken broth

Instructions: In large sauce pan put broth, onion, celery, butter, sage and poultry seasoning; bring to boil. Boil until onion and celery are tender. Place crumbled cornbread and chopped eggs in large bowl. Pour broth with ingredients over cornbread and eggs. Stir until well mixed. Put in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake at 350* for 20 - 25 minutes.
