graham cracker crumb pie crust
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 12 oz carton cool whip
1 1/2 cups cold milk
2 4 oz packages instant chocolate or coconut pudding mix
Instructions: Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and 1 tablespoon sugar in bowl until smooth. Stir in 1-1/2 cups cool whip. Spread in pie crust.
Pour 1-1/2 cups milk in bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat for 1 minute. Stir in 2 cups of cool whip. Spread over cream cheese.
Refrigerate.
On coconut pie; toasted coconut can be sprinkled on top.
