1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 3 oz package cream cheese, softened

1 1/3 cups coconut

1 8 oz container cool whip, thawed

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions: Beat sugar and milk into cream cheese until smooth.

Fold in coconut. Fold in cool whip and vanilla.

Spoon into crust. Store in refrigerator until firm.
