Crispy Peach Cobbler

2 9 oz cans or 1 (20oz) can sliced peaches, undrained

1 cup baking or biscuit mix

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup cutter, softened

Instructions: Place peaches in a buttered or sprayed 9" square pan. Mix baking mix, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
