1 (2-3 1/2 pound chuck roast, cut in 1/2" cubes
5 medium potatoes, diced
5 carrots, diced
1 large onion, diced
4 -5 stalks celery, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 small can corn
1 small can green beans
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder and onion powder, to taste
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions: Put this all into the crockpot and turn on high until the mixture starts to boil.
Turn on low and cook all day.
Great with cornbread.

Background: Note: I add any left over peas, etc. that's in the refrigerator; also use ground beef instead of roast.
