5 skinnless, boneless chicken thighs, cut in 1/2" pieces

2 large cans whole tomatoes, sliced

2 cans tomato sauce

1 bag carrots, peeled and cubed

6 or 7 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 cans whole kernel corn, drained

2 basil leaves

1/2 cup onions, minced

Instructions: Spray crockpot with cooking spray.

Add ingredients to crockpot. Stir.

Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is done..

Can be served over rice.
