2 chicken legs, skinned
2 chicken thighs, skinned
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder, more/less to taste
4 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt or poultry seasoning
Instructions: Melt oleo; add remaining ingredients in saucepan. Stir and heat slowly. Pour over chicken parts in slow cooking crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Can also be put in a greased 9x13" pan by dipping the chicken into honey sauce and baked, uncovered, at 375* for 1 hour, basting occasionally with remaining sauce.
