2 pounds venison, cubed
1 can mushrooms
1 cup beef broth
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker. Mix gently but well.
(I mix the mushrooms, broth, soup mix and soup together in a separate bowl and pour over the roast.)
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender but not over-cooked.
