Crockpot Pork Chop Dinner II

1 1/2 cups small bite size pieces of carrots

2 1/2 cups small bite size pieces of potatoes

1 cup small bite size pieces of onion

6 pork loin chops, trimmed of fat

1 teaspoon liquid gravy browner, optional

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup water

salt and pepper, to taste

garlic powder and onion powder, to taste

Instructions: Put carrots in bottom of a 5 quart crockpot. Layer potatoes and onion over top.

Brush both sides of port chops with gravy browner (if used); season to taste. Lay on top.

Stir soup and water together in a small bowl. Pour over all. Cover.

Cook on LOW for 9 - 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
