1 (2-2 1/2 pound) boneless beef chuck roast

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup

mashed potatoes or cooked noodles or cooked rice

Instructions: Place roast in crockpot.

Add dry onion soup mix; top with undiluted mushroom soup.

Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender.

Slice and serve with mashed potatoes, cooked rice or cooked noodles.
