1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix, dry

1 package Italian Dressing Mix, dry

1 package ranch-style dressing mix, dry

1 package gravy mix, dry

1 onion, sliced

1 1/2 cups water

4 potatoes, quartered

1 cup baby carrots

Instructions: Place roast in crockpot. Pour water over roast. Put sliced onion on roast. Empty the dry mixes onto roast.

Turn crockpot on low and cook all night.

In morning put in the potatoes and carrots in crockpot. Cook another 4 1/2 to 5 hrs.
