1 whole chicken, thawed

Lawry's seasoning salt

Instructions: Take a thawed whole chicken and remove the organ package.

Rinse the entire chicken inside and out with water. Pat dry.

Meanwhile make aluminum foil balls and place these inside the crockpot.

Season the chicken with Lawry's seasoning salt and place the chicken on top of the foil.

Cover and cook on LOW all day.

Background: Note: The original recipe calls for just seasoning salt, but I have added springs of fresh rosemary by cutting into the meat and garlic and all sorts of things. This comes out very moist and yummy!
