Crockpot Turkey with Mushroom Sauce

1 (3 lb.) boneless turkey breast, halved

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

dash each garlic powder and onion powder

1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

1/2 cup chicken boullion

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 cup water

Instructions: Place turkey skin side up in crockpot, brush with oil, sprinkle with parsley, tarragon, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

Top with mushrooms. Pour broth over all.

Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.

Remove turkey and keep warm. Skim fat from juices.

In a sauce stir cornstarch and cold water. Gradually stir in juices, bring to a boil, stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Serve over turkey.

Serving Idea: Serve with green beans andmashed potatoes (or rice).
