2 pounds stew meat, cut in small pieces

1 can sliced carrots

1 can sliced potatoes

1 can tomatoes, cut up

1 can whole kernal corn

1 can English peas

1 can lima beans

2 cans (10 1/2 oz tomato soup

1 onion, sliced

1 teaspoon salt

cayenne pepper, garlic powder & onion powder, to taste

1 1/3 cups water

1 bay leat, optional

Instructions: Spray crockpot with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in crockpot.

Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours.

Remove bay leaf. Serve.

Serving Idea: Serve with cornbread.
