2 to 4 pound rump roast
2 to 3 pats butter
1 package Lipton onion soup mix, dry
Instructions: Place roast in large sheet aluminum wrap. Add soup mix, several tablespoons water; place pats of butter on top of meat; crimp the aluminum around the meat.
Place in roasting pan. Bake for 40 minutes per pound of meat.
