1 10 oz package frozen strawberries, thawed
3/4 cup sugar
Instructions: Put strawberries in a pan on stove over medium heat to thaw. Stir frequently and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and keep stirring until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). Turn off heat, skim any residue off top when cool, and put in a jar; place in refrigerator.
