Emergency Cake

1 (18 oz) yellow cake mix

1 (3.4 oz) packag vanilla instant pudding mix

4 eggs

1/2 cup cooking oil

1 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions: Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water and vanilla on low with electric mixer for about 2 minutes.

Increase speed to medium, and mix for 2 more minutes.

Add chocolate and white chocolate chips, and mix gently until they are evenly distributed.

Pour into a greased and floured or sprayed tube or Bundt pan.

Bake at 350*F for 40 minutes, or until tests done with a toothpick-coming out clean.

Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on rack to cool.



Background: Note: You can use all chocolate or all white chips.
