4 cups cornmeal

2 teaspoons salt, or, to taste

1 teaspoon pepper, or, to taste

3 teaspoons garlic powder, or, to taste

3 teaspoons onion powder, or, to taste

Instructions: Place cornmeal in big plastic bag; pour in salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Shake good.

Use on fish before frying.
