3 sticks butter, softened
1 cup (8oz) sour cream
3 cups flour
any pie filling
powdered sugar for glaze
Instructions: Mix together butter and sour cream, then add flour. Chill for 1 hour.
Roll out and cut into 4-inch rounds.
Place 1 tablespoon pie filling on one half of each round and fold the other half over, pressing edges with a cool, wet fork.
Bake in a 375* oven until golden brown.
Make glaze of powdered sugar and water and brush top.
Place under broiler and watch carefully until glaze crinkles.
