2 or 3 squash, sliced

1/2 head cauliflower, broken up
1 egg
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
onion powder, to taste
flour
1/2 cup milk
cooking oil
Instructions: Mix egg, milk and seasoning together; add enough flour to make batter.
Heat oil in skillet. Dip squash slices or cauliflower parts in batter and place in skillet.
Cook until tender and brown.
