1 cup butter (yes, butter)
2 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 tabe flour
1 20 oz can crushedd pineapple with juice
2 9 inch unnbaked pie shells
Instructions: Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and pineapple. The mixture looks a little bit curdled, but is just fine.
Pour into crusts.
Bake in 350* oven for about 30-45 minutes until slightly brown and feels firm to the touch.
