2 sticks butter, melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions: Melt margarine and add sugar, eggs, cocoa, flour, nuts and vanilla. Mix well.
Bake in a 9x13" pan at 350* for 35-40 minutes.
