4 to 6 eggs

water to cover by 2 inches

1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions: Place eggs into a saucepan and cover with enough water to cover the eggs by 2 inches.

Add salt.

Bring to rapid boil. Boil for 5 minutes.

When cool, remove shells.

Store in refrigerator.
