2 pints white vinegar

3 pints water

1/2 cup salt (not iodized)

1 hot pepper per jar

1 pod garlic per jar

1 teaspoon dill seeds per jar

Instructions: Put peppers, garlic and dill in jars with cucumbers.

Boil vinegar, water and salt. Pour over cucumbers in jars; seal and let stand at least one (1) month before using.
