Icebox Fruitcake

Qty Measure Ingredient


1/2 pound butter, melted

1 pound marshmallows

1/2 pound red candied cherries, chopped

1/2 pound green candied cherries, chopped

1 pound raisins

1 quart pecans, broken up

1/2 pound graham cracker, crumbled (2 1/2 cups)

Instructions: Melt butter and marshmallows over low heat.

Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Press into a loaf pan lined with waxed paper.

Chill several days before slicing.

Seal tightly.

Will keep for a long time. Store in refrigerator.
