1 cup milk

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix

2 medium bananas, sliced

1 cup chilled whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions: Heat oven to 350*. Grease pie plate.

Beat milk, butter, vanilla, eggs, sugar and Bisquick until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake about 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Arrange banana slices on pie. Beat whipping cream and powdered sugar in a chilled bowl until stiff.

Spread over top.
