1 1/2 cups sugar, `

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup butter, melted

3 eggs

Instructions: Heat oven to 350*. Grease 9" pie plate.

Beat all ingredients until smooth in blender or by mixer.

Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30-35 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes.
