2 cups milk

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix

1/4 cup margarine, softened

4 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a greased pie plate and bake at 350* until knife inserted comes out clean; about 50-55 minutes.
