1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix

3/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons margarine

1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk

2 eggs

1 can pumpkin

1 teaspoon pumpking pie spice

2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350*. Grease a 9 or 10" pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, approximately 1 minute in blender.

Pour into pan. Bake until you can insert a knife into the center and it comes out clean, approximately 50-55 minutes.

Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
