2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup cooking oil
6 tablespoons warm water
sugar
cinnamon sugar
Instructions: Mix flour, cooking oil and enough water to make a soft dough.
Knead with a floured hand until the dough as some "spring".
Roll out about 1/4 inch thick. Cut in squares about 2 x 2 inches and fry in deep fat.
Sprinkle warm fry bread with plain or cinnamon sugar.
