1 chocolate cake mix with pudding

1 container (8 oz cool whip, slightly thawed

1 egg

powdered sugar

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease cookie sheet lightly (or spray with cooking spray).

Combine cake mix, cool whip and egg in large bowl.

Stir until well mixed. (This will be very sticky).

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Sift with powdered sugar.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake.

Background: Note: Can use lemon cake mix and add a teaspoon of lemon extract. You can use any flavor cake mix.
