3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup molasses
1 1/2 cups self rising flour
2 cups oats
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1 (27 oz) jar mincemeat
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
Combine sugar, molasses, flour and oats in a large bowl. Using 2 knives or a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
