2 unbaked pie crusts

1 1/2 cups water

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 teaspoons cream of tartat

24 Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions: Boil sugar and water for 1 minute.

Add cream of tartar and crackers. Boil 3 minutes.

Put in unbaked pie crust; dot with margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon; put top crust on and flute.

Bake in 350* oven until golden brown.
