3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup fine cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon vinegar
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Pastry for double crust pie
Instructions: Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into pie shell; top with crust and seal. Flute edges. Bake at 400* for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
