48 ounces frozen peaches, 4 cups crushed

1 1/2 cups splenda

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 package Ball Instant Fruit Pectin for freezer jam

Instructions: Stir crushed peaches, sugar and lemon juice together in a large pan and bring to a boil.

Cool slightly.

Add pectin gradually, to prevent clumping. Stir 3 minutes.

Ladle jam into clean jars and let stand 30 minutes.
